Our HUGE office/warehouse only had an access point and three poorly done data runs, and we needed coverage and cameras throughout the business. We started using BCS for our phone system after a very bad install from another vendor. BCS was able to fix all the issues that the other vendor claimed were "system limitations". After a while, we started using BCS for IT support. The techs' level of knowledge is better than our old IT provider who was serving much larger clients. With BCS, we work with the same techs instead of a random help desk, which is a big help because our IT environment isn't always simple.
