We started using BCS for our phone system after a very bad install from another vendor. BCS was able to fix all the issues that the other vendor claimed were “system limitations”. After a while, we started using BCS for IT support. The techs’ level of knowledge is better than our old IT provider who was serving much larger clients. With BCS, we work with the same techs instead of a random help desk, which is a big help because our IT environment isn’t always simple.
We have used BCS for our multi-line phone system for almost a decade. We have increased from 15 phones to 42, and they have been there through it all. They are very responsive whenever I need something. Their IT people, especially Bill and Dale have always helped me problem solve our phone issues. Thanks BCS!
BCS has serviced our company spectacularly for the past 15 years. We’ve had some pretty crazy problems in that time span, and it seems no matter how drastic my self-created issue is, these guys seem to be Johnny on the spot and have someone right around the corner. As the only IT admin at my company, I can say – if I’m either swamped or am getting in over my head, they have me covered on networking, phones, servers, backups, etc. They are even the backup plan for myself in case of the inevitable emergency/illness/vacation! I’d leave a 6th star for the Techs, if I could.
