Toshiba announced the closure of its telecommunications division effective May 22, 2017, and the announcement has sparked concerns among business owners, facility managers, and IT professionals.

The good news is, with the depth of our knowledge and expertise, BCS Voice & Data Solutions is still able to support our Toshiba customers.

We have had a long-standing relationship with Toshiba and plan to continue providing support for Toshiba products for as long as parts and support are available.  The End of Sale date for new systems, processors, circuit boards, phones, and licenses was October 31st, 2019.  Toshiba Manufacture Technical support to all authorized Toshiba/Mitel dealers will end on October 31st 2021.
